These services aim to offer you additional protection when making online payments with your card, provided they have been activated by the issuing bank of your card and you have obtained a personal PIN, which you will use exclusively for online payments, following your bank’s instructions.

Please ensure that the deposit receipt clearly states the surname used for the order or, preferably, your order number.
