Return Policy
The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the online store of FFB Single-Member IKE in Greece through the website www.cavadelvino.gr.
Order Cancellation
When placing an order through the online store cavadelvino.gr, you have the right to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed.
Product Returns
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
Damaged or defective products
If any product you receive arrives broken or altered, please contact us immediately.
In the event that you receive a defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so that we may proceed with the necessary actions (replacement of the bottle or refund).
If a bottle arrives broken, please take a photo of it and send it to us so that we can contact the shipping company. It is important to keep both the purchase receipt and the delivery note from the courier company.
Miscellaneous
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.) that make it impossible to deliver your products within the specified time frame, you will be notified by email so that you may inform us whether you wish to proceed with the completion of your order under these circumstances.
FFB Single-Member IKE bears no responsibility for situations beyond its control and will make every possible effort to ensure the best possible service.
Missing Products
If you have placed an online order and upon delivery you notice that one or more products are missing from your order, please contact us so that we can arrange all necessary details and send you the missing products at no additional cost.
Modification of Terms
The online store cavadelvino.gr reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of transactions at any time. The company undertakes to update this text for any changes or additions to the terms.
Non-Receipt of Orders
If you have not received your ordered products (and a significant period of time has passed since placing the order), please contact customer service at info@cavadelvino.gr.
For faster and more efficient service, we recommend that you include the order reference number that was sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.
